المجلس الدولي للغة العربية يشارك في المؤتمر العام للألكسو في تونس

تخصص في تدريس اللغة الإنجلزية كلغة ثانية. بعد التخرج عين معيدا في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود، حيث ابتعث لدراسة الماجستير والدكتوراه في أمريكا في مجال التعليم الدولي المقارن. بعد التخرج درس في في جامعة الملك سعود، ثم عمل رئيسا لقسم التربية، ثم عميدا لكلية التربية بجامعة الملك خالد، شارك في الكثير من اللجان العلمية والإدارية. له عدد من الأبحاث العلمية في مجلات علمية دولية وعربية ووطنية، وترجم كتاب عن البحث التربوي في تسع دول أوروبية. كما ألف موسوعة عن الجوائز والتكريم في الوطن العربي ولم ينشرها. وله كتاب بعنوان (نساء بلا قيود ... نساء بلا حدود) يتحدث عن التحول التاريخي للمجتمع الجنوبي في المملكة العربية السعودية من مجتمع زراعي تقليدي إلى مجتمع حديث ضمن الدولة الحديثة ومؤسساتها المختلفة.

طلب للمشاركة في تأسيس مؤسسة الفكر العربي، وعمل بها لمدة ثمان سنوات كأمين عام مساعد. ثم استشعر أهمية اللغة العربية فأسهم في تأسيس المجلس الدولي للغة العربية، حيث يعمل أمينا عاما للمجلس، كما قدم العديد من المبادرات الدولية والعربية والوطنية، ولديه خبرة واسعة في تنظيم المؤتمرات المختلفة وخاصة العلمية والثقافية والفكرية. يكتب في صحيفة الوطن السعودية، وله عدد من الإسهامات في المجلات والصحف والوسائل الإعلامية الأخرى في الدول العربية. له عدد من الأعمال الشعرية والأدبية المتنوعة.

Professor of international comparative education

Graduated from the teachers' preparation secondary institute, and worked as a teacher in the elementary stage, then continued his university education while he was teaching, he specialized in teaching English as a second ********. After graduation he was chosen as demonstrator at the college of education at King Saud University, and then he was sponsored to complete his master and Ph.D. degree in the field of international and comparative education from USA. After graduation he taught at the university and acted as chairman for the department of education, and then he worked as dean for the college of education at King Khalid University. He participated in many academic and administrative committees.

He has published number of academic research papers in various academic journals on the national and international levels. He translated a book about educational research in nine European countries, while finishing but not published an encyclopedia about rewards in the Arab countries. He wrote a book titled (woman without limitations … woman without borders). The book is focused on the historical transformation of the society of the southern region in Saudi Arabia, from agricultural and traditional society to a modern society within the modern state and its various institutions.

He was asked to participate in the establishment of Arab Thought Foundation, in which he worked eight years as deputy secretary general. He became aware of the importance of Arabic ********; therefore, he contributed in the establishment of Arabic ******** International Council, in which he is working as coordinator general. He has number of national and international initiatives. And he has an extensive experience in organizing different kind of conferences including academic, cultural and intellectual conferences. He writes in Alwatan Saudi newspaper, and participates in other magazines, newspapers, televisions, and other media. He writes poems and works on other literature pieces.
